We love to hear stories about how happy our customers are with the services that we provide. We have a story about a customer from Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The customer was so happy with their window cleaning experience with us that they ended up calling us just to thank the technicians that completed the service. We want to tell you about this great story.
HiCleaners went to provide window cleaning services to the customer a few weeks ago. The technicians that arrived at the customers home and called the customer in advance to let them know they were on their way. The customer appreciated how the technician read specific notes that the customer provided to us which was to call before arriving. The technicians arrived and spoke to the customer about their windows and discussed the price again to confirm before beginning. The customer told us that the technicians were so professional and courteous. The customer told us that her husband passed away last year and she was talking to the technicians about how much she missed him. She told us that the technicians listened to her and spoke to her a few times while she was talking about how much she missed her husband. She said that although she knew that talking and being interested in what the customer was talking about was not part of the service, she appreciated it so much how caring and understanding our technicians were by listening to her and not making her feel like they did not care about what she was talking about. Many other professionals she has hired do not care and make it obvious that they do not care about what she is saying. She was also so happy with the way that the windows came out that she left us multiple reviews on yelp and google about her experience.
