Ivan did a great job cleaning our roof earlier this month (Oct 2023). He was very responsive when we reached out - and explained what the process would be when he gave his quote. Our roof had a lot of lichen and other spots. After the treatment our roof looked much better - and after 2 rain showers looks even better! Ivan had a great attitude - it was nice working with him!

Highly recommend!! I called and spoke w/Ivan yesterday about having a long vinyl fence cleaned. He said he would get back to me and, hopefully, would be able to get it done later in the afternoon - depending on the work schedule of his workers. Zach came later in the afternoon and cleaned the fence. It looks amazing and new! I will also add that I paid through venmo an incorrect vendor. Ivan was very understanding and patient while that was sorted out through venmo. Hi-Cleaners is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and wish I had more for them to clean.
