Normally, family members will give their opinions on your life choices. It might be annoying, but It’s normal. But did you know that family members, neighbors, and friends could also have an opinion about your home’s exterior? Marcy’s family visited her in Lexington, Massachusetts from Portland, Oregon last month and noticed that her roof looked like it had small patches of green on it. They knew it didn’t look healthy and that she should have it cleaned. The told her she should look for roof cleaning companies in her area to make sure they removed wat looked like to be mold and mildew. The technician also educated Marcy on the price of paying for a new roof if hers were to get damaged from the mold and mildew, versus the price she paid for the roof cleaning service. She couldn’t believe that a new roof would cost so much more than just paying for the roof to be cleaned and have treatment applied to it. She felt confident in her choice because the technician was honest and let her know that they would come back to do the job if the treatment didn’t work.
