Why we are the best? Because for over 30 years we worked harder than any other company to build the highest rated cleaning company in Massachusetts and to provide the best rated customer service anywhere. Very few companies stay open as long as HiCleaners throughout the day to answer customer phone calls. We understand people have busy lives and more often than not, customers scroll through their phone at 11pm when they have time after putting their kids to bed. We stay open this late because we want to make sure you have any question answered at whatever time is most convenient for you. We work for you, not the opposite way around! The HiCleaners brand started off with window cleaning, then we added gutter cleaning soon after. Our customers appreciated the responsive phone lines and good quality work so we branched out and added pressure washing and roof washing to cover a more wide range of services that our clients may need either immediately or later in the future.
The HiCleaners client list dramatically increased in the last couple of years. Because of this we invested in the latest machinery, systems, and eco-friendly solutions for roof washing and pressure washing. We purchased the longest ladders for gutter cleaning and the best filters for windows cleaning. All of this was done to satisfy the customer even more than we already are capable of.
