Nikki, one of our customers from Quincy, Massachusetts, noticed that her gutters were full of debris but little did she know that her gutters were housing pests, which were mice! Nikki called HiCleaners for gutter cleaning in July to remove the debris living in the gutters over the last 7 months. He gutter system wasn’t draining water properly and she though it was time for gutter cleaning before water damage started to happen. Once our technicians arrived for gutter cleaning service, we told her that she was lucky that water damage hadn’t begun yet because her gutters looked full. We recommend getting your gutters cleaned at least twice a year, maybe more if you live close to trees that can get leaved in the gutters. Once we started to clean out the gutters, we noticed that there were mice living in the gutters as well. Mice leave their droppings in the gutters and can cause issues to your home that can cause not only headaches but cause you money! We let her know that we found mice and we were able to safely remove them into a different location while removing the debris from the gutters. She was so happy with the service and that we were able to remove the mice safely. We showed Nikki before and after pictures of the gutters so that she could see what her gutters really looked like from our point of view before we cleaned them.
