They washed the windows on our old colonial with lots of panes and sticky storms/screens today. The windows sparkle and they used a unique method with a hose and brush for the exterior which averted the need for ladders. They removed and washed all the storms.

We haven't cleaned the roof and gutters since we bought the house. So many moss on the roof and the gutters are full of leaves. Edward (one of the owners) and Rick did a great job! Edward examined all of out gutter grads and make sure there was no opening for birds to get in. They way thorough and professional. We'll be calling them every year for cleanings.

I just had my house re-sided. I had some beautiful wood siding installed. It was stained a gorgeous redwood color. The only thing that could ruin the look... my roof. My roof had black streaks going down all of it! I asked my neighbor who is a contractor what is happening and he told me it's mildew and mold growing on my roof. Upon further research on roofs, I found out that mold can damage the shingle and shorten the lifespan of the roof. I asked my neighbor again if he could recommend anyone to clean the stuff off my roof, he recommended HiCleaners! They came out within a week, and the mildew was gone the same day. Now I can enjoy a perfectly clean house!!!
